As the founder of Prime Move Ottawa, Brian’s mission is to help people overcome physical limitations, improve flexibility, and build strength through smart, personalized programming.

Whether you're dealing with stiffness from a sedentary lifestyle, looking to enhance athletic performance, or just want to move pain-free again, Brian’s approach is grounded in science, empathy, and years of hands-on experience. Back in 2020, I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I was overweight, unhappy with my body, and completely lost when it came to fitness. I had tried so many things, but nothing seemed to work. One day, while walking through Wellington, I noticed Anytime Fitness. I decided to walk in, and right away Lisa, the manager, greeted me with such warmth that I felt like I belonged. That moment honestly changed my life. Lisa connected me with Brian, and from the start he was so much more than just a trainer. He was patient, supportive, and really knew his stuff. He showed me how to train properly, gave me meal ideas, grocery lists, and programs that actually made sense for me. Even after our sessions ended, he still checked in on me, corrected my form when he saw me at the gym, and kept encouraging me to push forward. His support went beyond workouts - he gave me confidence, motivation, and the tools I needed to take control of my health.
When I started, I was about 200 lbs and honestly hated how I looked and felt. Today, I’m 145 lbs, lean, strong, and in the best shape of my life. I finally love my body and I’m proud of the discipline I’ve built. But I know I couldn’t have done it without Brian. His dedication, patience, and belief in me laid the foundation for my transformation, and even now his encouragement still keeps me going.
